The Cube OV solution provides ventilation, heating, cooling, and recirculation in large-volume facilities. The unit can be configured according to customer needs to meet the specific requirements of the facility. An innovative approach to the design of the unit has allowed for a component layout that maximizes the performance and efficiency of the unit.
Cube OV offers a choice of three types of air distribution, allowing for perfect air circulation in the room. These include a swirl diffuser that automatically adjusts the airflow direction depending on the operating mode. Thanks to its modular design, Cube OV can be used for heating, cooling, and fresh air supply.
The control system allows operation in destratification or free cooling mode, thus ensuring energy savings. In addition, the integration of Cube OV devices with the FLOWAIR SYSTEM allows for the cooperation of 31 different devices connected to the T-box Zone smart controller.

The ventilation module provides innovative, diagonally directed air flow, which translates into maximum utilization of the potential of the fan unit and air filter, as well as a reduction in the size of the device.
The Cube OV uses a filter with a larger surface area than other solutions on the market. The combination of this filter with its appropriate placement in the device significantly increases filtration efficiency.
The use of EC fans with bionically designed blades ensures maximum efficiency and improved airflow. The aerodynamic honeycomb fan technology further reduces airflow turbulence and noise.
The facility can be operated throughout the year thanks to the possibility of configuration with various heat and cooling sources. Water, gas, electricity, or freon exchangers – such a wide range of solutions ensures thermal comfort all year round.

In addition, its high performance and wide range of coverage allow the unit to be used in industrial facilities, as well as logistics facilities such as distribution centers, warehouses, and exhibition halls. This approach allows for fuller use of the filters and fans, while reducing the size of the entire device. The technology used also increases filtration efficiency – a larger filter surface area with lower energy consumption makes the air purification process more effective. The aerodynamic design of the fans, with blades inspired by nature, further reduces turbulence and improves airflow, resulting in stable and quiet operation of the system.
Cooperation with heat pumps
Cube OV devices are equipped with high-efficiency exchangers as standard, guaranteeing comfort in the hall even when working with low-temperature heat sources. Advanced control ensures maintenance-free cooperation with heat pumps. An additional advantage of this solution is the use of water or glycol solution as a heating or cooling medium, which guarantees greater safety and less impact on the environment.

Roof module
The Cuba OV roof module is installed by preparing an opening in the ceiling and a simple substructure into which the flange part is inserted. The main ventilation module or the module with a gas heater is mounted on it.
Ceiling module
The Cube OV ceiling module is installed using a flange installed in the ceiling passage. This solution ensures that the device is stable and does not require any additional components for installation.
