Privacy policy

This privacy policy applies to the website flowair.pl and all subpages and services offered, hereinafter referred to as the Website or website. This Privacy Policy regulates the manner in which the Website Operator FLOWAIR Sp. z o. o. street Chwaszczyńska 135, 81-571 Gdynia, hereinafter referred to as FLOWAIR, collects, uses and discloses information collected from users.

FLOWAIR guarantees website Users the right to choose regarding the disclosure of information that concerns them. We would like to inform you that we use cookie technology (i.e. text files, so-called cookies) and other similar technologies on our websites to record information about which pages the user visited and what he did there.

According to Wikipedia: "Cookie (formally HTTP Cookie, abbreviated as cookie, sometimes incorrectly translated as cookie) - a small fragment of text that a website sends to the browser and which the browser sends back on subsequent visits to the website." It is mainly used to maintain the session, e.g. by generating and sending a temporary identifier after logging in. However, it can be used more broadly by storing any data that can be encoded as a string of characters. This saves the user from having to enter the same information each time they return to this page or navigate from one page to another.”


Privacy protection


I. General information.
  1. The Operator and Personal Data Administrator of the website www.flowair.pl is FLOWAIR Sp. z o. o., ul. Chwaszczyńska 135, 81-571 Gdynia.
  2. The website performs the functions of obtaining information about users and their behavior in the following way:
    a.    By information voluntarily entered in forms.
    b.    By saving cookies on end devices (so-called "cookies").
    c.    By voluntary subscription to the newsletter.
    d.    By collecting web server logs by the FLOWAIR hosting operator operating at www.flowair.pl
  3. The User may always file a complaint against the Administrator's behavior to the President of the Personal Data Office.
  4. Providing data by the user is voluntary and does not result from any legal obligation.

II. Information in forms.
  1. Service collects information provided voluntarily by the user.
  2. The website may also save information about connection parameters (time stamp, IP address).
  3. The data in the form is not made available to third parties other than with the user's consent.
  4. When subscribing to the newsletter, the user voluntarily provides the Administrator with data that we process only for the purpose of sending him the newsletter containing, among others, the offer of services provided by FLOWAIR. The user also enters data into the form voluntarily, submitting it for processing for the purpose resulting from the function of a specific form, e.g. for commercial contact.
  5. The data provided in the forms may be transferred to entities technically providing certain services - in particular, this applies to the transfer of information about the holder of the registered domain to entities that are operators of Internet domains (primarily Scientific and Academic Computer Network j.b.r - NASK), payment processing services or other entities, with whom the Website Operator cooperates in this respect.

III. Why and how do we use cookies?
  1. To analyze the effectiveness of our advertising and content activities, we track cookies:
    a. Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google, YouTube.
    We track user information in accordance with Google's privacy policy: https://www.google.com/intl/pl_pl/policies/technologies/cookies/ 
    Using Google Analytics software, the website places a tracking code on the user's computer enabling the collection of user data. We would like to inform you that data is tracked under an agreement with GOOGLE Inc. and we use a mechanism to anonymize the user's IP number. You may object to the collection of data by Google Analitycs software or by changing your web browser settings at any time.
    The data is also used for purposes such as demographic reports, remarketing/retargeting and tracking activity on the website: scrolling the page, copying page elements, activity times and individual events when editing the page. The data is collected anonymously.
    b. LinkedIn Ads, Bing Ads and Facebook Ads. 
    Automatic calling of a link, pop-up or iframe of LinkedIn.com pages may lead to the acquisition of personal data in the analysis panel of profile visits on the mentioned websites. This applies only to users who: have a profile on the above-mentioned websites and have expressly consented to these websites to display such information when visiting the profile of another user of the website.
    c. Youtube 
    We embed video elements shared from YouTube on the pages of our website. For this purpose, code referencing YouTube is placed in the appropriate sections and pages. YouTube tracks video playback and this tracking is done in accordance with its privacy policy, which is available at https://www.facebook.com/help/cookies/
    d. Hotjar
    We use the HotJar analytical tool on the website, which tracks your behavior on our subpages. Hotjar Limited cookies are used for this purpose. As part of the cookie settings, you can decide whether you consent to the use of your cookies for these purposes. Detailed information on how to opt out of tracking using this tool can be found on the HotJar website.

  3. Most browsers allow users to control cookies through their preference settings. Restricting websites' ability to set cookies may degrade your overall website experience.

  5. Cookies are used to tailor advertising content to your preferences. We also use Google Ads extended conversions, which send encrypted detailed customer data to the advertising system.
  6. Restrictions on the use of cookies may affect some of the functionalities available on the Website.
  7. Cookies are used for the following purposes:
    a. creating statistics that help understand how Website Users use websites, which allows improving their structure and content;
    b. maintaining the Website User's session (after logging in), thanks to which the User does not have to re-enter the login and password on each subpage of the Website;
    c. defining the user's profile in order to display tailored materials in advertising networks, in particular the Google network.

IV. Server logs.
  1. Information about some user behavior is logged in the server layer. This data is used solely for the purpose of administering the website and to ensure the most efficient operation of the hosting services provided.
  2. Browsed resources are identified by URL addresses. In addition, the following may be recorded:
    a. time of arrival of the query,
    b. time of sending the response,
    c. name of the client station - identification carried out via the HTTP protocol,
    d. information about errors that occurred during the HTTP transaction,
    e. URL address of the page previously visited by the user (referrer link) - if the Website was accessed via a link,
    f. information about the user's browser,
    g. IP address information.
  3. The above data is not associated with specific people viewing the websites.
  4. The above data is used only for server administration purposes.

V. Sharing data.
  1. The data may be made available to external entities only within the limits permitted by law.
  2. Data enabling the identification of a natural person are made available only with the consent of that person.
  3. The Operator may be obliged to provide information collected by the Website to authorized bodies on the basis of lawful requests to the extent resulting from the request.

VI. Modification of personal data.
  1. The Website Operator fully respects and protects the right to privacy of all Users, taking particular care to process and protect their personal data.
  2. The User has the right to read his/her data stored by the Data Administrator and, if necessary, the right to correct and supplement any incorrect or incomplete personal data and to withdraw consent to their processing. The User may at any time request the removal of his or her personal data from the Website's database. For this purpose, please send a request to change or delete data electronically to the following address: rodo@flowair.pl. The user's data is stored until he withdraws his consent or requests to delete it from the server. The user also has the right to manage the transfer of his or her personal data.

VII. Marketing purposes.
  1. Personal data and information provided by the User via the Website and provided during participation in conferences, training or other forms of the so-called event organized by the Data Administrator, may be used for marketing purposes.
  2. This data may also be made available to selected third parties with whom the Data Administrator cooperates in providing products and services to its customers and with whom it cooperates in the field of marketing.
  3. Personal data will be used in the above manner only if the User consents. The User's consent is tantamount to acceptance of receiving commercial information.

VIII. Changes to the privacy policy.
  1. The content of this Privacy Policy may change, in particular as a result of the development of Internet technologies, changes in legal provisions relating to the protection of personal data and the provision of electronic services, as well as as a result of the continuous development of the Website. In such a case, appropriate information will be made available on the Website.
